TO ALL at S.M.B. :

I want to thank each and everyone of you for the beautiful home you have made out of rubble. GOD certainly works through all of your hands, from the men who tore down the blackened walls to the office people I talked to, also the men who put it all back together. The people that did the finish work were fantastic. I can't say enough about how polite everyone was and how patient they were with me. Even when I made a mistake in ordering something, they made it look right and beautiul to boot.

I just got the pictures my son took after the fire and I'm so overcome with wonder at how we are still alive and that blackened rubble of a house is now the most beautiful home I ever dreamed of. YOU PEOPLE ARE WONDER WORKERS.

Right after the fire when I first met anyone from S.M.B. and was told "THIS COMPANY WORKS FOR TI-IE HOME OWNER NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY", I thought "Yea right" but its true, every word of it, and I'm so proud to tell everyone about this Company. I just can't say enough good things and thank you sounds so small for all you have done for us.

Does your company only do catastrophic restoration or all kinds of construction?? I have friends that would like to know.

To Whom It May Concern:

Our family would like to say just how much we appreciated how everyone at SMB Construction Co. not only treated our home as their own, but treated us as friends and not just customers.

To loose your home to a fire is just devastating. From the first day all staff members at SMB were patient and very courteous. Even while they were working they never got upset that we came to our house more than we probably should have. SMB allowed us to look around and even stopped for brief moments to answer our questions.

When apartment life was getting to us, we knew that taking a drive over to our home would lift our spirits as we saw the progress and good quality work they put into our home! It made each day worth the wait.

The compliments from friends & family are overwhelming! SMB has made our lives in our new home the best holiday of all years!

We highly recommend SMB!

Dear Rob:

Thank you and your colleagues for helping put our lives back together by reconstructing our home on Stoneleigh. I appreciate the fact that you arrived the night of the fire with your crews and stayed until everything was secure. I also appreciate the fact that you helped us build the home back better than it was before the fire.

When you lose everything as we did in this fire you are not sure that life will ever be the same again but through your help and guidance we came to realize that this could be an opportunity to make things better than they were and it worked out just that way. You were always there with answers to or questions and with your help we were able to redesign much of the house for a better floor plan. Your employees were always gracious and friendly and the quality of the work was excellent.

I hope I am not in a position to need this kind of help again but if I do you will be the first one I call. Thanks again for all you did.
